Couldnt close the loan on original day agreed upon then asked for additional 14 days, gave him the 14 days then on day 15 asked for an additional 14 days. He didnt give updates on the situation and swore up and down that he would get it closed. Beyond disappointed that he couldnt get this done and strung a whole lot of people along for weeks and wasnt able to hold up his promise to get it done. Avoid a bunch of headache and anger by finding someone else to get a loan through. He makes promises he cant keep.

BEWARE. Do Not use this lender or accept offers from this lender. He will feed you what ever information he needs to get an offer accepted. He makes up fake documents and will lie straight to your face. We accept an offer with the buyers using him as a lender he waited til 48hrs before the close to tell us he couldnt close the loan after string us along. He requested an extension to rewrite the loan which takes 14 day guaranteeing funding. He told us 7days before close he was just waiting on 1 condition which we fulfilled to close the loan. Uhaul packed pets boarded time off work we are a day after the closing date he he is telling us he cant get the Loan to close. Then had the nerve to ask for another 14day extension. Save your self time and money (we lost well over $2k in earnest money and moving expense because of his lies)
