I'm a first-time homebuyer, and a coworker recommended Jay for my mortgage needs. Through his hours of research and calculations, we determined what price range I should be shopping for, and what I should expect to pay monthly and at closing. Jay also took a look at my credit reports, and helped me make a plan to pay down debt and boost my credit scores. A few weeks after following his advice, my lowest score has risen from 687 to 730!

Jay and Mario provided the best rate I could find by far. They're extremely responsive and communicate early and often to make sure you close on time. I'm very happy I went with them to finance my new home and highly recommend!

Jay and Mario have helped me with a couple of mortgages and they have been super helpful each time. I feel like I got good rates, and they were patient with my questions and also with walking me through the limitations for my particular situation. When I reach out to them for initial quotes, they aren't pushy and they don't try to talk me into loans that are risky/inappropriate. Highly recommend!
