I waited in line for 40 minutes for them not to cash an in Bank check, and they closed my account the week prior for no reason without even asking me and then said they could not cash the check because I had my driver's license state issued ID and a picture of my social security card next to the same license. They couldn't even look up my account because they closed it... and so close to the holidays this really f'd me over! At this location I have a problem every single time I have entered their premises, for some reason they don't want to do any business for me even though I was a Wells Fargo account holder for 10 years plus. Most unbelievable bank I have ever seen somebody needs to rewrite their regulations I would never suggest a Wells Fargo account for any one that I know. Do not go to this bank it is terrible! I guess I will go back to Chase or any other bank but this one.
