I could tell in Mr Hanks voice that he is a sincere man and I felt comfortable from that moment and on. There was no haggling The Hank team started me out with the best % rate and full filled all expectations to the end. This is truly an amazing experience. 5 stars is not enough for Mr Hank and the team I gladly score a 10 flat out.
