Ordered online 4/2. I called and they said they will bring my order out after waiting 15 minutes for them to come out I went in to check in my order and it was just sitting in the front. Why didn't they just tell me to go inside to pick it up instead of saying they will bring it out. They even asked for what spot number I was parked in.... that was incredible rude! horrible customer service!

Now I remember why the last time we had been at this place was 4 years ago. If you are looking for a Taco Bell that sells drinks worse than a all-inclusive hotel in Mexico, this is your place. If I needed to use one word to describe this place, it would be Disgusting.

Sat in the bar area. One person serving all the tables plus the bar. Server lies to us about rewards, first of all. Takes our order (two of us only) yet we waited 30+ minutes for food (a salad!) with people seated after us finishing before we even got our food. Server doesnt even bother to take item off bill that should have been a reward. We got boxes to go just to get the heck out of this place. Doubt we will return.

First of all we didn't get our food, so I can't provide an accurate review. What I do know is that the staff appeared to be racist. Most everyone working there was African American other than the manager. Three tables waited over 15 minutes to watch a table get sat, get their drinks, and order food. That table was a large party sat after two of the other tables and just so happened to be, African American. Those three tables were filled by Caucasian Americans. I got fed up after speaking with the manager briefly. I will never go again.
