They are extremely disrespectful and they clearly get Annoyed when new people come in they are extremely extremely rude and just clearly dont need to be working here if they are going to be rude they dont know how to welcome people in it was my first time coming in and they just are very much rude and I give it a 1

If I could rate no stars I would. Total trash. The whole facility is dirty. Staff is rude. I will take accountability and say I was late for my appointment I did not save time correctly in my phone. I asked for my records so I could see a doctor more local to me and they would not even give me my records. I have to wait 5 business days and still come into this doctor to get them. They will not email and as these are records that I did not receive from years ago I do not trust them to mail them to me. ETA: I called Stride customer service and they said they do not know why I was told results could not be emailed to me. Took a few minutes on the phone and records were emailed in 30 minutes. Either the staff does not know basic protocol for obtaining records or they didnt want to do their job.

Saw a comment before mine where someone said they are rude and get annoyed by new people and that is exactly right. I was sent here bc my babies needed to be seen right away after I gave birth and this was the only place that had availability. Had major regrets once I was there. I normally don't have the need to posts these kinds of reviews especially this long but I think it's very necessary that it is known how rude and unpolite they are with moms. The girls working at the front desk and behind are all very sweet and very nice the problem wasn't them, the problem was the nurses/pediatricians. They made me feel terrible and basically mom shamed me. One of those was Jennifer O. Insted of offering advice they interrogated me like I was doing something wrong. To tell you that I even cried leaving that place because of how awful I was treated. My baby had to get some tests & she (Jennifer Johnston) another nurse there never got back to me with them. I was waiting & nervous about them so I was calling to see if the results were in, turns out they had been there for a while now & i don't know if she forgot but the girl at the front desk was nice enough to read them to me & explain them the best way she knew how to. Both women are very unprofessional, if they don't want to work there or help the people that go there then maybe they shouldn't be there. Stride should really start taking a look at their employees. Would not advise anyone to come here.
