One of the worst home-depots Costumer service is awful this new teens youngsters dont care about costumer service. You actually have to look for them to get help Also stock is not well stock.

VERY, VERY unhappy with my experience at this location, specifically. My coworker called the store to ask questions regarding product we saw online. When we asked about its inventory, we were responded with attitude. The associate said she wasn't able to see where the product is located in the store and WE needed to tell her where it is from the website. We didn't know and even the website tells us to reach out to a store to ask an associate any questions we may have. She said she didn't know where the product was stocked and that she can't help us without us providing the information. After a couple of back and forths, she then angrily hung up. We called again to ask our question and to speak to a manager. This time we were greeted by Matthew who also gave us the same customer service and reinforced the first associate's excuses. He then forwarded our call to Ed who happily helped us and got our question answered. Ed is the only reason why my review isn't a one-star. As a fellow customer service employee, I am actually ASHAMED, MAD, and, frankly, HUMILIATED that they treat their customers as rudely as they did. Matthew and the first associate (we forgot to ask for her name) give us customer service employees a bad reputation and smear our job's name. I'll be avoiding this location from here on and telling other people to also shop at other locations.
