We scheduled an appointment with Dypak through the LawnStarter app. After the appointment was scheduled we reached out to Dypak directly several times, through the app and by phone. We received no response and our calls were forwarded straight to email. Dypak did not show up to cut our lawn. Very unprofessional and would give 0 stars if allowed.

We paid him in advance for season snow removal. With this snow storm, trying to contact him all day to remove the snow. Explained that I am a physician and need to reach hospital for call. No response and as of midnight, I am still snowed in. Highly unethical and unprofessional, when you take money in advance for whole season, you do your job. Please read this review before making any future contracts with him.

Sebastian, the owner of Dypak Services, is amazing. Ive had several different lawn care companies in the last 6 years and this year I found the best! Sebastian is friendly, helpful, professional, dependable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and his fee is reasonable. My lawn never looked so good. I definitely recommend Dypak Services to care for your lawn needs. You wont be sorry.
