STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SKECTHY GUY !!!! Asking for money before even scheduling something ?? Unprofessional, and desperate, I wouldnt trust this guy as far as you could throw him

Do not use Mike's Lawn Care! First of after setting the initial appointment they start asking for a credit card to charge before they even do any work! The communication is the worst we have ever experienced from the start to end! They can't even give you an accurate 2 hour window so you can plan your day & be there. Then they don't show up on the day they schedule your appointment & show up on other days when you're not home! I called them to help get my fiance's yard in shape to help her since she recently had a hip replacement surgery. We needed a front yard clean-up, power rake, aerate & sprinkler system start-up which was to include turning on the system, checking & adjusting all sprinkler heads, replacing if needed. They performed the front yard cleanup, aerate & power rake but the power rake wasn't done correctly so they had to come back & do it again. They had to come back 3 or 4 times to work on the sprinklers & replaced 2 heads & but never adjusted the back yard sprinkler heads at all!! One head still doesn't pop up and the others are spraying into the neighbors yard and half of the lawn is dying!!! In all my fiance' was billed $1,072.68 for this!!! I called Mike to complain & he promised to return & fix the sprinkler issue so i asked him to come back on 5/26. I text him to ask for a time & requested around 1 pm if possible because i needed to be there this time & make sure this was finally completed properly! Again he never responded even though i set this appointment a week in advance! I then text him again the night before asking for an eta and again no response. I then drove all the way to my fiance's house on 5/26 to help her with the yard & see if someone from Mike's would just show up & of course it was another "NO CALL NO SHOW"!!! The bottom line is they don't have anyone that knows what they are doing with sprinkler systems & once they receive your final payment won't complete the work right & move on to the next invoice (job)!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Scheduled 2 different days times for sprinkler activation and lawn service. Stayed home 2 entire days waiting. Never showed...no message saying they were late. Nothing.
