Green Beans cleaned up our yard last autumn and did a good job quickly. This Spring we asked for a quote on completing the xeriscaping of our front yard. The quote was competitive so this past week, Josh & Chase finished the transformation. They are easy to work with, communicate well with clients and really know what they are doing. Josh is completely incompetent. We paid them alot of money last summer to install irrigation and sod in our backyard. We have dead spots that are not getting water. Their immediate response is water more. I was watering every day, twice a day. They left holes and trenches all over my yard, some 8 inches deep. Josh said they would come back out this spring to fix stuff, turn on sprinklers and fertilize. They have ghosted me and my wife for 6 weeks. Today Josh finally answered and told me they will not come back, ever. I should have known they didn't know what they were doing when Josh tried to put a pvc valve on a copper waterline inside the house, then back into copper, then back into pvc outside. Save yourself money and lots of irritation. Do Not Use Green Beans Organic Ideas Landscaping. Josh will not come through. I asked numerous times for them to run the sprinklers to observe the lack of coverage. Josh refused. Josh's partner Shawn agreed with us, but Josh refused. My wife is disgusted by them. As for resolutions, water more was all Josh could say. No integrity. No solution. Plenty of great landscaping companies out there, this is not one! Get everything in writing! You're welcome.
