Farmers Insurance - Derrick Colby

Randomly received a message that my policy was canceled. Got in touch with Derrick and his team to try to understand why the policy was cancelled. No explanation was provided. Instead they said they could reinstate. Ok, great. Waited at least a week and didnt hear from anyone. Once they did reach out Id already chosen another insurance company. A week was way too long to not have my car insured. Please find alternative ways to reach people if theyre not available via phone call due to work schedule. Accessibility is important to have for your customers. It was just a confusing, jarring, and frustrating experience.

Thanks to Deanna for the great support and advice she gave me today! I called expecting I would need to talk to Derrick to get answers to two different questions about our Farmer's auto policy, but in his absence, Deanna had all the answers! I highly recommend Derrick and his team!

Excellent service. Farmers transitioned my policies from an outgoing agent to Derrick Colby. Derrick reviewed my policies with me and recommended changes that would suit my needs better. We made changes to homeowners and vehicle policies. It turned out to be lower cost, which was unexpected. I'm very happy with Derrick's service, professionalism, and knowledge of Farmer's products.
