I came across Michelle and her firm working with a mutual client (I am a mortgage broker) and I was so impressed with her service that I ended up moving all of my insurance policies to her company; home, auto, umbrella and working on life and disability. It is her amazing communication, very fast response turn times, and great ability to discuss her products in English vs. insurance agent speak that made me switch and also want to refer her. I am so grateful that we have had the opportunity to work together on multiple levels and I feel incredibly comfortable referring her to all of my friends, family and clientele.
