        Robert is the worst insurance agent ever. He absolutely has no idea what he is doing. I used to be Dan Cramer's client and he was good, that man. But when he left, I was transferred over to Robert Malfa and I have lost money only because of Robert's negligence. He has screwed up more than 4 times with my auto and renter's insurance. I am switching to another agency. Goodbye, Robert.

        I don't even know where to start. Robert is by far the most incompetent worst agent I have ever dealt with in my entire life. This guy doesn't have a clue what he is doing, and it shows. He could absolutely care less about his customers. Please don't even waste your time dealing with this guy. This was the worst experience I have ever been through dealing with any insurance agent. It blows my mind that this guy has been working for Farmers as long as he has and still works there, considering his complete lack of knowledge. I still have a home owners policy through Farmers, and I requested a new agent. Don't waste your time with this guy. I am telling the district manager about my horrible experience, and I will also be including it in a survey that Farmers will send me.
