Highly recommend Grand Home Services for HVAC replacement and for service. Brian serviced my old unit for 15 years and when it was time to replace my system he offered a competitive price and was able to get me on the schedule right away. He is always on time, professional, and provides tips on how to best maintain the unit. I wouldnt go elsewhere.

We've used Grand Home for several years and highly recommend them for AC and Furnace services!! Brian always shows up on time and is great about educating us about maintaining our systems, as well as additional tips and tricks to get the most out of them, which is always appreciated. We've had to call them in a pinch and they're always reliable, dependable, and do things right the first time, every time!!

Brian came to service our furnace. He went above and beyond to explain to me the important upkeep and the reasons why. He also was able to answer all my questions relating to the cooling system, and how to better manage the efficiency and cost of our heating and cooling.

Reliable and professional service, which isn't always easy to find these days. Brian was thorough in his explanation and very patient in explaining it to me as I really don't understand how it works (I just understand when it's not working!). Highly recommend and will be using them for future emergencies.

We were quoted at $1500 to replace a Schrader valve (same as you find on a bike tire) on our AC compressor, which is about the same price for a brand new compressor. Price gouging at its finest. I would not recommend.
