High Point Home Care, LLC

Chrissy is an immaculate boss. She goes above and beyond for both staff and clients. She can not control everything but she does try to maintain happiness across the board. I am an ex-employee due to personal reasons (currently living in DC for a bit of understanding) but I hope one day High Point gets the staffing it needs because Chrissy is not only a great owner but boss as well and I know the loyalty amongst clients and caregivers will pay off. Anyone would be happy working at High Point.. And with additional staffing all clients would be beyond satisfied without a doubt. Chrissy covers shifts and new hires are trained by her personally.

High Point Home Care is the most supportive agency I have worked for.. Chrissy is so sweet and always Ubers me to work because of the hardships I've faced during the pandemic this year. I am so thankful for her believing in my work and providing me with dozens of resources to provide for my family. Thank you Chrissy you are loved and appreciated by the Ramirez Family!

I recently let High Point go there services were great from the beginning, but as we got new caregivers the care dropped. A caregiver went out of there to buy the Patient marijuana that was Not Alowed to have. My family member has mental disabilities and can not make correct choices and they put him at risk! Due to his illness he was admited to the hospital and was found with cannabis in his system, under investigation we are seeing if this is what triggered his attack. As for me and my Family Personally I will not again trust in this company. I will not recommend them until Policies and Procedures are put in place from the owner down to the staff. Crissy stop saying to every honest review that it is Slander! Except the fact that your company has issues. Also fake posts all in the last 6 days are not going to change the challenges you have. I advise anyone looking to go here, that you have Cameras in the home!

High Point Home Care has the best administration I've dealt with. They are amazing, caring people and I have seen all the negative google reviews that couldn't be more false and slanderous. It saddens my heart that people would try and be so ugly when this agency always services the public to their best ability. I have had the chance to compare other agencies to High Point and they really outshine their competition through the gracious, hardworking people they are!
