        By far the worse experience we have been through! Closed on our home in Sept of 2022. Home was not complete and here we are 4 months later still trying to get things fixed. Some of the things were items we actually paid extra for that still have not been installed. We have created warranty tickets and we were told that items would be taken care of after closing, buy we still have a long way to go! It seems like no one really knows what's happening with our home. We are very frustrated and disappointed. We hope others coming to this community do not experience what we have, because Southshore is a great community and Century does have beautiful home models. Sales team were amazing and did what they could to make things better. Warranty Rep for the community is also amazing and trying to do the best he can. Century please do better for the future coming residents.
