Very disappointed in this business. I have been searching for a salon that seems like they do well with blondes and was so excited to go here. My car is in the shop so I had to uber here, which I told them). I was scheduled with a man named Chris at 12:30. I called and asked if he had an opening at 11:30 instead and was told he already had another client at that time so he could not. Which I was completely fine with. Then he texts me at 11:29 and says "actually i'm on my way there now can you come in now?" so 1 he lied about having a client which again, fine. but Then i ubered to the address on here and there was no salon. I texted him and called and called the salon. This was yesterday and they STILL have not returned a call or a text. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially since he knew I was on the way and had to uber there. My uber was kind enough to wait 20 minutes while I tried to get in touch with someone and NOTHING. So I wasted money ubering there for nothing and then ubering home this place is a joke. Save your time and money.

I love Marlene. She is so professional and does a great job. She takes her time and explains everything. She's the best!
