        My hair turned out ok, wasn't a noticeable change from what I had. The staff was friendly and nice. No complaints about the service. However, all I got was a trim and all over color to get rid of roots and I spent over $300 dollars! It wasn't worth the money. I was a bit shocked on how much it cost to get such little done.

        Got my hair cut from Sydney and she cut my hair exactly as I asked for. I appreciated her attention to details and making sure every part was even. She also took the time to give me a scalp massage when washing my hair. Great job!!

        I get my hair done a bright blue/teal. With short masculine hair thats not the thickest it still always comes out fantastic.

We’ve looked into your appointment and confirmed that you were quoted a price before the service since we offer up front, transparent pricing. The service you recieved was for a full color not just roots. With the amount of hair you have it required more color than typical. We do charge for extra color when needed, according to the grams of color we use. We apologize for your hair not being the change you were looking for, and not feeling like you got the value you paid for. We would love to have you back in to discuss your vision for your hair and see how we could better create that for you.
