        There were 37 people in line and 4 registers open. 7 people left before me, and 2 of those people took their groceries without paying for them. I will shop at Safeway or dollar general from now on. Its a waste of time to stand in line all evening at this King Soopers.

        Jessica, the front end manager, went above and beyond helping me retrieve a receipt from nearly 4 months ago. I was told by everyone else that it couldn't be done. It took a while, so she had a chair brought up for me. Her kindness and understanding is why I love this store! Thank you so very much, Jessica, truly! JoAnne.
