        I signed up about 2 weeks ago online for a premium membership. I specifically signed up so that I could use all amenities and any location. I went to the Aurora location this morning after I had already been using all amenities there and was told I could not have access to these at this location. That because they were locked in recovery room. This wasnt posted on the website. This is very misleading. The mgr called me and offered free cancelation to me . Instead of honoring their advertisement. It's crazy they would rather loose a customer entirely rather than honor their advertisement. Disappointed in Chuze
