I'm new to this practice, I was told I'd be " referred to a specialist by Dr. K. I'm 5 weeks without my referral and have had to call twice to see why it's taken so long. The clerk was very apologetic- however that does me no good. I wish I had a better review- I was looking for a new primary doctor. Looks like I will keep looking. T.E. P.S. I chose to edit my review- after reading others- I wish I'd read the reviews prior to seeing Dr. K. Hind sight is 20/20. Does not seem to be anyone reaching out to the patients that have left negative reviews.. interesting..

I wish I could give zero stars. I have called so many times at all time of day and I cant get ahold of anyone. Im down to the wire in getting a refill on my prescription. Dr. Andrea Moon was amazing, but that does me no good if I cant contact anyone, let alone get an appointment or a phone call. When you call, youll just be put on hold indefinitely, with no way to leave a message. They are no longer providing any care, so Ill have to change doctors.

Me and my wife came to her appointment yesterday we are new so we didn't know they moved from.1411 s Potomac to 1400 S Potomac and nor did the person scheduling inform us the address changed I even told the receptionist the address I had didn't say nothing we go of course we are at the old address looking around going to business asking if they knew were the family clinic was no one knew finally I called. They said oh we are across the street I told them I'd be there we were 12min late because we were lost. The reception called DR and DR going to say we need to reschedule because she has a patient coming in 5min like really??? We are new patients it's not like we been coming and they website even has wrong address still so we left. First impressions matter and we definitely won't be back you are losing business by the day

Love Dr Sundland, But..the phone system is discouraging. I've been a patient for over 30 yrs and having to wait over an hour to make an appointment is ridiculous. I'm going to have to make Urgent Care my primary Doctor.

Myself a family have been patients here for over 20 years. We loved the doctors, nurses, and the service...that we got. Like many others on here, since the new management took over, it is night and day. Horrible, long hold times to be hung up on; ignored, repeated prescription requests - just awful. I'm looking for a new PCP, and VERY sad to be doing so.
