        I used to go to this practice and quit them because their hold time is way too long to just talk to anyone. So I have to make appointments now for my elderly Father, trying to call to give more info on what his surgeon needs, and hold time is ridiculous. So hopefully you never have an urgent matter is what I am saying.

        I came to this practice today for the first time in search of a new primary care physician (I scheduled the appointment about a month ago). Receptionist appeared to be unenthusiastic about her job and seemed to lack a sense of urgency. After filling in my initial paperwork I saw three people who arrived after me be ushered in to see a doctor. Receptionist did not manage my expectations about timeframe before seeing my doctor. I indicated that my time was running out and that I needed to get back to work. Receptionists promptings to doctor were not successful. After waiting 50 minutes I left, took my paperwork with me and asked to have my data deleted from their records. My experience was that if you are looking for a cheerful place with a speedy, happy and motivated staff with a smooth running operation, look elsewhere. Very disappointed.
