They robbed me, they are charging me to my account, someone else's account and another address and when calling them in exchange for looking for where the error is, a very unprofessional woman says: if you don't know that person I LESS. Do they help the same employees to scam us?

These people are crooks, and I thought it was illegal to have a monopoly over a sold good or service. I havent been in my place for even a month, and they turned off my service because of some back pay from their so-called smart meter, and when I called to work it out, they denied me. I even told them that there are kids and a sick parent living with me currently, and they pretty much told me not their problem, and to figure it out myself. When I figured Id leave so that everybody else could have power in the house for the better of the household, they told my roommate that has the kids and is sick, that they couldnt get the power turned on for her until after theyve verified the lease and to make sure that Im not on it anymore, and because it is a holiday weekend, they wont be able to get back out to turn any power on until next Wednesday. If they couldn't turn the power back on until after the holiday, then they shouldnt be turning anyones power off before it. Maybe just a thought of consideration. You guys are heartless and have no empathy for anyones situation. Thats truly heartbreaking that anyone has to give you their hard earned money.
