        I arrived at 6:56 pm, only 4 minutes before their 7pm closing time, and found the doors already locked. I had forgotten to call ahead to confirm my appointment, so I went anyway hoping I could still be tested. I think they should remain open until the posted closing time; closing early is likely to frustrate people who arrive on time expecting service.
