There are some truly great people in this office and I don't want to discount that. Many of the doctors and the folks who work the front desk are great. I really appreciate them. There are also people like the doctor who saw me yesterday who behave like you're a nuisance when you're trying to make sure you understand your treatment plan after being hot-potatoed between providers every month with little-to-no continuity of care. That's hard enough having no consistency as an autistic individual who really needs some semblance of consistency, and the experience is made more difficult when your doctor acts like she just wants to be done talking to you and that your questions are a waste of time. It's just frustrating. Edit: They reached out to apologize and I'm updating from 2 to 3 stars. I really appreciate that they're there, but I would generally recommend going elsewhere for isotretinoin (Accutane) treatment simply so you have some consistency of care. It's my understanding that it's somewhat more consistent if you're here for anything else.

Really enjoyed Dr. Weiss . She is professional and yet friendly and complete with her exam . She answered all my questions, plus I did not feel rushed .
