Customers waiting in line, including myself. There is only one agent(04/03/24@ around 1pm): who has no willingness and energy to acknowledge and help the customers in line. She did a return and was soliciting the return customer to do a review for her. I tried to get her attention, because Im in a hurry to pick up my kids from school. I can hear over the conversation between her and the customer and the customer was saying that Ill figure it myself you can take the next customer and the agent replied to the customer its okay they can wait this is very important to me, please do it now. Because of this, I end up dropping my purchase and left the store. Im highly disappointed with the service and not recommend this specific store to anyone. Very poor and unprofessional customer service.
