We agree, billing is not fun. This is why we do our best to quote you an what we have been told by your insurance. When the treatment is sent to your insurance, they process the claim, this is out of our control. We trust they give us the information correctly. Sorry your insurance didn't cover as much as we would have liked. But glad you had a great experience while in the office. Looking forward to seeing you again.
