They were extremely helpful. The hygienist helped teach me a better way to floss and now my pain in my tooth is completely gone! This place was super kind and very open with the prices youll pay would highly recommend this place

First time customer here and this place was great. Dr. Hadwin was gentle and professional. The Lead Dentist assistant Anna is super sweet and completed my cleaning with care. They never tried to upsell me things that I didn't need, I went in for a cleaning and it was straight forward, professional and cheaper than any other place!

TLDR: Billing sucks here, they will send bills months after services, doubling your out of pocket costs, charged me for an undisclosed service, and could do better work overall, as my filling does not feel right and they did not fall me back about it. The heigenist could really use some classes on how to speak to patients. Long version: They do all the insurance side of things themselves, so when they hand you the paper showing what insurance is expected to pay towards the service and what you are expected to owe out of pocket, it is not an accurate financial agreement, at all, nor does it tell you what you're actually going to end up paying months after. Leaving it all up to chance that insurance will cover things and surprise bills sent to the patient. (How fun!) I was charged for a service they did not disclose to me and have yet to get an explanation as to what it was for and why I wasn't told about it prior to the service being completed. I have asked twice for an explanation as of today. An extra $160 may not be a lot to some, but it is to me and on the principle of not disclosing it to me nor giving me an explanation after asking multiple times has quite frankly broken my trust with them. Only positive: I think that Krystal at the front desk is great; she does her best to be helpful and explain things and is kind; however that does not make up for the fact that they do not clearly go over what the cost of services could end up being and send unexpected bills and charges your way. I have canceled all future appointments with this dentist office and will not return, seeing as my out of pocket bill has surprisingly doubled since services were received, likely wilk get another bill, $318. Very disappointed in my experiences with this company and their financial practices, putting me into more debt. I've paid more for 2 visits (exams, cleaning, and 1 filling) than I did for a recent major surgery! Editing to add: after my filling, I left a message having concerns that my filling felt sharp or like something was stuck in my tooth and did not get a response to that either. I'll be seeing a revision to the filling at a different facility when I can afford to see a dentist again.
