        My wife went to this place for service based on 5-star reviews here on Google. We had insurance, and we paid our share upfront, thinking it was fully settled. However, after 6-7 months, they claimed there was an outstanding fee. Where were you all this time? We didn't have insurance by the time they requested additional money. Because of $60, they reported me to the collection agency. I'm disputing this collection right now and will consider legal action if it affects our credit. The agreement I signed lacks clarity on such matters, which works in my favor (in small claim court). We should have been notified instantly after the service or assessment or at least a few weeks apart, not half a year later! They failed to contact us via email, mail, or phone until the duration specified above, which shows a lack of professionalism and negligence. Based on personal experience, I do not recommend this place to anyone!
