I am not very happy right now. I had a bracket fall off. I called and was told they take walkins from 9am-5pm and the orthodontist would be there today, Monday and Wednesday. I left work early to make it on time. I got there a little before 430 and was told they already had 4 walkins and could not take anymore. I then asked if I could make an appointment instead because of my work schedule. The receptionist explained that appointments are for adjustments only and do not include emergencies. If my broken bracket is an "emergency" then why could I not be seen during the time frame I was given? The people who answer the phone need to explain this policy. It was explained as if I would be seen no matter what if I went between 9am and 5pm.

Jocelyn and Leslie are the best. They really helped me out getting me in and fixing my retainer even though they were very short staffed. Very informative and good at their job.

Very difficult to get in to see for routine visits. Make NO arrangements for patients when they close an office for an entire month. Will not be using again for my family.
