Stacy Ravenscroft If I could give zero stars I would. I started going her last March had some fillings done a cleaning and was scheduled to have braces put on in July. I ended up in the hospital so I fell behind. I just went on Saturday for fillings so that I could get the braces on Tuesday (today). Saturday they were so busy I was in the back for 3 hours for what should have taken an hour and a half. I got home and once the numbness wore off I had excruciating pain when eating I rubbed my tongue across my teeth and they had DRILLED A HOLE AND FORGOT TO FILL IT!! Since they were already closed I had to wait until today (Tuesday) the day of my appointment to have the braces put on. They attempted to fill it without numbing me! That was at 10 am. I get home and got a call that they were cancelling my 2 oclock appointment for my braces because I have a receding gum on one tooth. However the orthodontist that was there and moved to another location cleared me for the braces and said I could take care of that after they were on. I have 4 teeth scheduled to be pulled two of which are infected and cant be pulled until the braces are on a piece of gum is more important than that!? I had over 4000.00 of prep work done to have my braces placed! Anyways avoid this place like the plague. I will NEVER go back and frankly they should refund the cost of the filling they failed to put in and left me in pain all weekend with my tooth drilled out! No need to have your assistant Amanda reply to this lmao we all know its a computer response and Amanda doesnt exist.
