Pediatric Dental Center at Children’s Hospital Colorado

Ive been taking my kids here for years and overall I have had a good experience. Doctors and dental assistants have all been good to us. The only downfall is the appointment schedule is very far out.

My son Ali Muradee had an appointment at 2:20, so I checked in at 2:00 because they told me to get there 20 minutes ahead. One of them scored us inside the doctor office and she said the doctor is coming shortly , so from 2:10 to 3:05, I waited there and nobody showed up and I left the office because I had to go to job. If you are the patient of this facility center, you will have such experience.

The whole team was awesome!! They were able to squeeze us in AND get us over for a procedure the same day. We even got to take a friendly face over for it. Thank you so much to the team and staff. You guys rock!!!

The dentists who have seen our son here are actually quite excellent. But that doesn't matter if the schedulers cancel your appointment a week or two before it's supposed to happen and offer appointments 4-6 months in the future with no waiting lists for cancellations. Unfortunately, because of our son's special needs, he must have pediatric dental care that is both specialized and timely, and Children's has a monopoly on the specialized part in the front range area. So we have no choice but to let his health suffer because they can't use known solutions like waiting lists and reserved slots for reschedules to handle these situations. Thanks again, Children's, for doing the hard parts well while screwing the easy part up so much that it doesn't end up mattering.
