Came in to do my hair with Sam (who is also amazing!!!!) and since I have an upcoming wedding I wanting to pick up a few makeup products. I just want to shout out Joey who not only is very knowledgeable but also kind! My kids tell me sometimes I can be demanding or come across entitled but Joey patiently walked all over the store with me and helped find every product I needed! Helped me match the color of makeup and even gave me a few tips! Joey, I am grateful for all your help, I promise I will come back to show you pics!!!

From SoCal to Denver Ulta never fails to disappoint. They find the most tired unpleasant rude workers and hire them to represent Ulta and they do that so well. They dont even bother to welcome customers and when they r asked for assistance they have answers ready, which is No we dont have it, sorry. Check online when it says its in stock on their website. I had to complain to the cashier to get some help. Lesson learned for next time tho . What ever product, Just order it online directly from the manufacturer or check elsewhere. Ulta is like an afterthought to me at this point.

I used to love shopping here until a few weeks ago i came to ulta and was checking out fenty beauty and as i was checking out fenty beauty a worked had ask if i needed help and i said no thank you and as she walked away i went over to hour glass and not even 5 minutes she asked again if i needed help and i said again no thank you and she walked away again.After she walked away she comes back 5-8 mins again and asked me AGAIN and i said i'm good and then she did this 3 more times i couldnt even shop and i left the store and came back last week where i was greeted and as i walked in i went to the hair beauty items and as i was checking out the hair items the lady working on the hair cashier/counter gave me such a dirty look and as i walked away i noticed emoployess were following me like i was steaing and i come to this ulta alot so this isn't normal and i was walking they employess tryed to look like they werent following me but were so i left the store with nothing because i felt very Uncomfortable with all of them following and i planeed to buy a couple of things but walked out with 0...hoping ulta can fix this problem

Customer service is always bad, and they never have the products I need (just rows of products absent from shelves). Also, I'm not sure why ulta's perfume sections are becoming so unintuitive...also they never have samples out.
