Where do I Begin? From the time that Rick came by to give a quote for the concrete patio in my backyard, I felt pretty good about this company. As that was the 1st impression / point of contact. Rick was patient with my questions , didnt haggle me, but also made me aware of more than one option regarding the idea I had for the backyard patio He is a salesman after all. Pricing was fair, upfront, and they were able to have a crew come by next morning to start work. I really like that the owner lee now, stop by just to check on my experience with the crew as well as the work that was done! That also made me feel good about supporting a small business because it showed that he really does care about the workmanship and the customer experience. I will be having them come back later in the summer to work on my driveway and look forward to it! I highly recommend residential concrete works! Had them do most places around the house. Big project. Great price with great work ethic. They do it in timely manner and honest work. Owner stands behind his word and will do his best to make sure everything is right. Highly recommend these guys for any work needed.
