Kanoah at the front desk is always to nice, friendly, and engaging. The doctors are also very nice, but the treatments are not as good as I would like. My prior chiropractor is amazing, and always fixed everything the first time, but took 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. That is why I was so excited for the Joint, as you can walk in anytime, for a low monthly cost.
Unfortunately, it takes multiple doctors multiple times to correctly adjust a specific problem. This happened to me now twice, as well as my sisters who I signed up for a different location.
After telling a few different doctors multiple times a specific problem, they are not thorough, and took me 7 different appointments for one of them to finally fix a neck and shoulder problem I was having. I was told that I was just sore from the adjustment, but that was not the case. I just was not adjusted correctly, and a nerve was pinched.
I went in yesterday for a different problem in my mid-back, and was adjusted, but today the same exact problem is there, and I will have to go back today since it is unbearable.
This is a great treatment for weekly maintenance when things are well, but when there is a specific problem, the doctors don't seem to quite get it.

Overall the DRs are great but leave no mistake this is another franchise location that is only concerned about money. Requested to have my membership cancelled after 2 months and gentlemen at the front desk said thats no problem and he would take care of that for me. I moved out of state and was charged for my 3rd month. I emailed the GM stating that i was unaware there was a cancellation form or i would have cancelled right away and he said there is nothing he can do. Your the GM you have the ability to make those changes and grant exceptions or refunds. Robert Murray Area Director & General Manager do better my friend. You're in that position to do right by situations like this and you have failed. Not a large or out of pocket request but hard to find businesses that do the right things these days.

Being new to Aurora, one of my Pastors at Highpoint Church recommended The Joint Chiropractic (Smoky Hill Rd). I'm glad he did, as the entire experience was great! Friendly and caring staff/provider and time- efficient, even as a walk-in visit. Thank you!!
