Had a Great Experience at this store! My husband and I are expecting our first and I did most of my registry online but we wanted to look at car seats and strollers in person! And Im so glad we did the staff is super knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision for our life style! If I could give more stars I would!

Store associates need some training on how to talk to customers and resolve their issue, instead of just keep on saying to go call 800 number since you did not purchase it from store. Very well planned business strategy to get some free money!!

Dont shop here. Dont give this business your money. There is no point in ever buying anything from here because you can never return it. We tried to return something and they said you cant return from the left side of the store (where strollers are) but you can return items from the right side (clothes) so I wanted to return a pump (right side) and was told to go through the manufacturer. Every single person here has a different understanding of their return policy.
