The owner is super rude and the office staff isn't any better. I wont be recommending this company to any one as there customer service is horrible.

I have referred Carpet Connection to several clients who all had reasonably positive experiences. However, our experience was just the opposite. In fairness to the company we did have our installation spread over 2 visits and they did store (for a fee) the carpet in between installations. That is where the customer service ended. The carpet was installed in one day and there are visible seams everywhere, places where you can feel and see gaps in the under pad, damage was done to the drywall in places, carpet glue was splattered on just painted walls, the side of some of the stairs were completely exposed. I would have been fine with they drywall issue and having to repaint a bit myself if the carpet had been installed well. We asked to have the installers come back to do repairs and it took months. In the meantime the Carpet Connection sent their "A" team who basically said the whole carpet should be torn out and re-installed. They sent out the original installer again and he was here for about 30 minutes and said it was as good as it was going to get. I emailed with Jen another time and she said the warranty period was over and they were closing our file. Every time I look at the carpet I'm disappointed. I would never recommend these people for a big job. The age old adage is true, you get what you pay for.

I really LOVE this carpets. My children can now enjoy the floor thanks to carpet connection and the pricing is the best Ive ever had so easy and simple. If you are thinking about it just do it and you wont regret it. I didnt. If I was able to give more stars I would.

We decided while preparing our house to go to market that we needed new carpeting asap. we weren't terribly happy going with some of the chains in the past so we were looking for an alternative. Shelley came out to do an estimate and to show us the products. She was friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and helped us choose the best product and color. She also didn't try to upsell us which is always appreciated. We chose a product that they keep in stock (and they keep it in stock because it is the most popular product/color and for very good reason-it goes with everything! She said that if we wanted something different she could have it ordered and it would arrive in a week or so) so their willingness and ability to accomodate a last minute request was amazing and we had our new carpet installed in a week. They even came a day early. The install went quickly and pretty seamlessly and I have already recommended them to a friend who is wanting new carpets as well. The price point was great and I would tell you that if you are on the fence to just jump because you won't be sorry!

I used Carpet Connection twice in the past few months! First to prepare my house to sell, and second for flooring and carpet in my new home....they were SO fast, the work was amazing, everyone so helpful and professional! Everything was cleaned and spotless when they were done...I will recommend them to anyone I know getting carpet or flooring!
