        I needed a rental after a car accident. The staff were very helpful, and helped me out quickly. I had to extend my use, and they made calling it in an effortless process. Irene made the drop off, even with a cracked windshield, easy and was very reassuring about the damage process.

        Paid for and booked a car online. Took Uber from our hotel, and when we arrived, we were told there was no car available. There was no offer to help find a vehice. Called Hertz, and they had a car waiting when we arrived.
