ACE Rent A Car

Esteban was an awesome associate today! He helped me out tremendously, with courtesy & professionalism; however, and unknown to Esteban, I got put into a smokers car. I was in a hurry, running late, and had already loaded the trunk, when I realized it, driving down the road - the smoke smell isnt too noticeable, until the interior warms up. To their credit, they offered to exchange the vehicle, but only if Id return the first vehicle. The better answer wouldve been for them to bring the new vehicle to me (about an hour away).

Scam, not trustworthy. Originally reserved a car for $280./week. Final bill was ~$600. Every CSR there has lied/mislead. Avis/Budget corporate: are you investigating??

Carolyn was super helpful getting us set up with our rental - answered all of our questions and was exceedingly kind. We would rent here again!

Very poor service. The agent lied trying to force us to pay for liability insurance saying it was mandatory for the state of Colorado since January 2024. We had to call the supervisor to make them take that away, after that, they put us in a smaller car arguing it was the original Hotwire reservation making us call Hotwire to fix the problem. They even shown you papera paper saying jt is mandatory (see attached picture)
