    Good quality product at a high price. This is not a very good company. I was missing a small part on my 1600$ order. Never could get it delivered to me. I even offered to pay the missing parts and shipping because I am a desperate customer and I need to leave the country with my van and my rack, but they are vague and unresponsive. I yelled at them, asking them to take my money and send me my missing parts, but still, they won't help me. I got the message. I will deal with my trouble... I saw many people in the reviews who had the same experience with the customer service. This is simple.. If your order goes well, these products are great...

    Rack clamp snapped after 1 year. It says do not overtighten but I barely had it all the way attached. Big disappointment

    Awful product and company. Clamps broke after 1 season. They will not cover due to what they say was over tightening. Explained to them that the racks have been sitting on the car untouched for the season and broke mid way through due to severe cold snap and faulted plastic. They then said that it wont be covered because you didnt use rhino rack cross bars ( I have factory Subaru cross bars). It gets better! Then I said fine Ill buy the $6 dollar part until they told me $15 for shipping company policy for orders under $100, no exceptions. Absolute garbage product and company! Spend the money and buy something better, I will be trashing these and getting something more reliable.

    Great customer service! I bought a used Rhino-Rack Ski Carrier on Amazon and discovered some pieces were missing. When I contacted Rhino-Rack to purchase them, Eva sent me a FedEx shipping label for the old carrier and then shipped me a new one to replace it. Great job taking care of your customers...you have a loyal one here!!!!!
