These guys have gone down hill. From Tiara scamming people on prices (charging my roommate the same price for 1/8th- $33 for silver tier is what she TRIED to charge which is what she had JUST charged me for 2) that was after saying the prices were $12.50 each out the door and then charging your card more to give you cash back so you'll tip her and THEN finding red and blue Christmas tinsel, a fingernail, and a rock in ONE batch. Y'all were the top and now I am going to have to shop elsewhere. I'm sure you don't care anyway. Then to solve any issues they send you a link to email that doesn't even work, just so they look good for answering reviews and seeming like they care and are trying to help. What a bloody joke. Edit *** the email link works, but I have yet to receive a reply about how they plan not to scam anymore customers. ***
