A customer of His & Hers for several years and I love this place. A+++ customer service! I've been going Rory for years now and not only has he been an amazing barber, his been like a uncle/brother/friend. Thank you, Rory for all the great haircuts and conversations. Booked appointment online for a 30 cut so my son could go up and get a haircut. Charged us 62.50. This place is awful, the cut is bad, their pricing is horrible. Filing a complaint with my CC comapny about false price advertising and switching the price when services are complete.

I've been to this shop twice but today the problem I encountered last time kept me from staying, and I think I'm going to report this activity to the police: there is a toddler running loose in the store under zero adult supervision. He kept running at my Service Dog and when I was able to keep them apart, the child immediately started screaming and crying. He also had a wet hacking cough. When he was crying, some man would yell "Shut up", which did nothing. I told them I was leaving because I didn't want to get sick and that that child should be home in bed if he was sick. CPS needs to hear about this ongoing problem of a barber shop being used as daycare. Service: Scissor cut
