        Was fun, food was great. Paid for 2 hrs 35 per hour, 10 wings 17.99, basket fries 6.99, 3 can sodas and 2 Gatorade? Came out to 125 and change. 15 % tip 144 and change. Parking: Careful parking is plentiful, but tight fit

        Group of 4 was $35 an hour. Wings were fire, best in town. Large drink list for all ages. Was there 2 hours 6 pm to 8 pm with 10 wings,1 order of fries, 3 cans of soda and 2 Gatorade with 15% tip 144 and change.

        I like this place but they no food rules are so strict it makes you anxious about missing a peppermint in your purse or something, and the rooms are SO HOT. I hope they consider putting portable ac units in the rooms in the future, it gets miserable

      Hello Patricia, Thank you for the review. First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for what happened. There was a mistake on our side with the no chip card we had ran of your tab on Saturday. We looked into the see what happened and found out that it was charged twice for the same amount due do merchant issue. When we took your payment the first time, merchant didn’t show approved payment for some reason then when we ran the second time, it showed a message saying approved payment. For that being, only one of those payment was your final total. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and if you would like to cancel the chargeback thru your bank, we will be more than happy to refund the second payment that merchant accidentally took. It will probably process quicker and money will go back onto your account sooner. Thank you so much for writing us this review so we can address the issue.       Hello, thank you for the review. No reason to be anxious about a missing peppermints because we are mainly checking for large bulk of food, drinks, alcoholic beverages that get snuck into our facility. Small items like that can be bypassed. Sorry to hear that your room got really hot. We do our best to keep cool temperatures in the rooms and have portable fans that can be brought into your room so please let us know next time, we will bring in a fan for you and possibly even lower the a/c temperature for you. Hope you and your group had fun singing . Thank you for your business.
