I have been waiting for 20 minutes, and they are not busy. But nobody take care of me. It is very bad service. Really do not want to come back this branch.

I bank at First Bank in Southlands Mail, Aurora, and I have to say, every time I enter the bank smiling faces and warm greetings are there to meet me. All of the employees seem to be very well trained, and work efficiently and expediently.Its always a pleasure to do my banking business at first bank.

Certain people entered the stored unmasked and we're not told a single thing. Enforce the mask rule don't want to risk dying simply trying to get my own money.

I came in with questions about my account and they called another bank who then called me and told me that I was trying to steal money from the bank. Maybe it was the color of my skin....
