    I needed a new car battery and Daniel did the install for me. I had no idea that the connector was corroded. Daniel worked for two hours in the cold, cleaning the connector so he could do the install for me. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much Daniel for your amazing customer service!

    I had a disappointing experience at store 807, especially with employees named Talal and Steven. Talal misled me about the availability of a specific tool and showed reluctance in assisting me. Despite discovering the item myself, my attempt to address the misinformation was met with indifference, and my request for a supervisor was dismissed. The assistant manager was also unhelpful, refusing to take my complaint seriously. Upon returning to the store for a return, the staff mocked my frustration, further highlighting their lack of professionalism. Efforts to escalate my concerns to the store manager resulted in being ignored and threatened with police involvement for merely seeking accountability. The final straw was a dismissive call from the District Manager, Christopher Case, who interrupted my explanation to minimize my complaint. This entire ordeal reflects poorly on the stores management and customer service standards. I am compelled to seek resolution through the BBB after being met with consistent disregard and disrespect by the stores leadership and staff. Ive uploaded picture of the receipt that demonstrates Store 807 did indeed have the part Talal said wasn't sold there.I would avoid this place!

    The day crew has the laziest crew ever I asked if I could get help putting on my wipers and they gave no help talking about snow when its not even snowing its misty out and they complaining and wouldnt help rude unprofessional and not caring for customers needs advance auto is your best place to go they helped with no problem
