I have lived here for about 6 months. It's quiet and safe. I have my own washer/dryer combo and a water heater of my own. It is close to Target, Aurora Metro Station and has places just outside my door to dine. I highly recommend it as a nice place to live.

Love the space in the apartment. We have toured about 9 apartments but went with Parkside for location, price and the apartment is brand new. (Our last apartment in FL was brand new as well). I like the parking garage being secure. We just moved here and have been told there's a lot of car theft, so the parking proximity is nice. They also use ButterflyMX so no one can get to your apartment unless you basically buzz them in. You need the key fob to get to anything yourself. The area might be bad, but I feel safe knowing my things are secured at night. When we moved in, our door squeaked really bad and the very next day, maintenance was here to fix it. The only complaint I really have is the smell of weed. There is a no smoking policy right in the lease but in the hallway, you can definitely smell it sometimes.

The staff are all very nice, and from a distance, the apartment looks nice too. However, you can tell this place was cheaply built. From day one, the vinyl flooring was peeling up in some corners, you can hear pipes dripping in the wall when you use the sinks, and bathroom appliances are cheap. And, forget about the amenities. Pool is not open, trash shoots arent open, and theres no grass around the property (just dirt). If you ask, they tell you things will be open soon, but theyve been saying that since the first week of July. Not really worth the money.

I just moved here a week ago. This place is amazing and very affordable. It has everything you need. The entire staff is so friendly and gets things done. The views are incredible. You have every shop pretty much within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat within the parking. I highly recommend giving this place a look for your next place to live.
