The docs and nurses are all knowledgeable and great. If you want your prescriptions or a call back about appointments or follow ups you are out of luck. The number of times I have had issues with appointments, scripts or anything else has been met with dismissiveness, and rudeness. If you have other options I'd seek those.

Had two visits with two nice and wonderful docs here who were highly knowledgeable however I received no call backs about lab work and had to call the office multiple times for the results. I was told the nurse had the results right on her desk and would call. I received a call days later with only half of the lab results although all should have been in. When I went to check into a follow up appointment a week later they had a bill placed on the counter and asked me to pay it before being seen. The bill was almost $500 and was for an appt that had occurred days prior. I noted that this was a highly unusual practice and was met with extreme rudeness (staff member rolling her eyes, saying ya this is crazy to her coworker) and absolutely not understanding that this is very out of the norm for a doctors office to hand you a bill at the desk and say due immediately. Am I buying a coffee or am I at a doctors appt? I was then told that they are unsure if insurance would cover my appointment that day. I have great insurance and in all my life have never been personally been asked to verify my insurance benefits- is that not the job of their billing department? I question if I even needed the services received and the rate they billed the services for. This could be an insurance fraud and abuse situation with a blend of poor patient care. Will be moving on to better care.

Was very happy with my care through my pregnancy and delivery. Everyone was kind, helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable, and got excellent ultrasounds!

Impossible for them to give out a referral. It took about two weeks+ to get a referral to a doctor in the same building after multiple calls from me and the referral doctors assistant. Unfortunately if you live here youre stuck with them because the other OBGYN in the valley closed down. But dont fret they will first call you to receive payment before they do their job!

There is no way to get hold of either offices Aspen or Basalt. It has been 3 days that any time of the day when I call, it transfers me to the answering service and says I reached them outside of the office hours. I even left a message with their emergency service, still nobody reached out to me. I wish we had more options in this valley.
