Great in store experience returns were a literal nightmare. First the good: Shout out to Enrique and Marisa! Our experience here was fantastic and I was able to get all of the shoes I was looking for. The above employees were so friendly and made no assumption about what we would or wouldnt buy. Enrique was very knowledgeable and showed my partner around the mens section and had excellent style suggestions. When we returned a second time, Marissa helped me with ordering and picking out the perfect color in another pair of shoes. The bad: The only reason I have given 3 stars is due to the difficulty in making a return. Once I sent back a pair of shoes, it took a month and me texting (calls arent answered) to inquire about the return being processed which I was assured it was. Apparently it kept getting forgotten about though. Finally, nearly a MONTH after initiating the return and nearly a month after I sent the item back, I got a copy of the return receipt (still no account credit but at least now its been initiated) really a horrible experience if you need to make a return.
