        Aspen Sports has been a fixture in Aspen just after I arrived 52 years ago. They always have and Im sure will continue to have the top staff to address any winter sports need. Ive been a pro for over 25 years and now being retired I need good current advice on equipment. Bruce Ross and Jack worked diligently on getting a good fit on my new boot purchase. They made sure I was satisfied with my boot fit or return to get it right. If youre in the market for new boots these two people are the ones to see.

        Terrible customer service. Their boot broke on my last day of skiing while I was already at the mountain. I had to rent from another company on site for the day & they wouldnt reimburse me the money I spent because of their damaged boot.
