        The food is good and the service is quite attentive and fast, it is a good place to rest for a moment. However, they close a little early and the food, as is usually the case in this type of restaurant, is expensive.

        Great place for food on the mountain. Everyone goes for their Mongolian bowls but the usual choices (hamburgers, chicken tenders, hot doors) are available and done well. Be sure to get the fries - excellent. Service is awesome as they maintain their humor while facing a crush of hungry skiers.

        I was very surprised to find great-tasting non-American food on the mountain! The Mongolian bowl was very excellent, but large. I recommend getting the kids bowl if you do not have a big appetite. Scanning your items in the checkout took some getting used to, because it was a little finicky. Went there twice in one week and never had trouble finding a seat! It can be loud because of all the group lessons that eat lunch there.

      At the top of Buttermilk with panoramic views of the dramatic Pyramid Peak and the entire Maroon Creek Valley is Cliffhouse. Pop in to this laid-back restaurant for a midday break to recharge with great food, including the popular Mongolian grill where you can choose your own veggies, protein and sauces, and let the chefs do their work. Also on the menu: our fresh juice bar, Thai tea and high-protein grab-and-go snacks like super-food grain salads and energy bars inspired by Tiehack uphillers (but great for skiers and riders, too).
